How long does delivery take and is there a charge?
All our on line mirrors are in stock so we can deliver within 7 working days. Orders placed by Sunday night will be delivered that week. Our mirrors are all delivered on a specialised hand delivery service which helps to ensure the best chance of your mirror arriving safely.

Would I receive a delivery slot?
The couriers route an eco-friendly delivery service . The routes are devised by postcodes order. As soon as your mirror is loaded on to delivery van a dispatch message will be sent to you; this dispatch message will contain a contact number for the driver. The driver will make every effort to accommodate your delivery needs where possible. The driver has the authority to take a last minute change of local address or a leave safe option.

What happens if I want to return my purchase?
We offer a full and free returns policy for all items. If you do not like the purchase in any way, wrong color, too small, too big, not as expected, then please contact us within 30 days and we will resolve for you. Please only contact us in writing if you wish to return an item and we will respond within 24 hours.

What happens if I do not like my purchase?
As with returning we will resolve the issue you have. Please contact us to discuss if you want to swap the item or return in full. Both swapping and returning is done free of delivery charge. You will not pay for this service.
