Effective October 15, 2026: These terms apply to orders placed on or after this date. Orders placed earlier remain subject to the policy in effect when the order was placed.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.beautypeakhome.com and purchases made through this website. In these terms, "BEAUTYPEAK," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the store operating under the BEAUTYPEAK brand.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Using Our Website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase in your place of residence. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others.

Product Information

Review the product description and selected size, color, and other options before ordering. Dimensions, frame materials, included accessories, installation methods, and LED functions vary by model. A feature shown on one product does not apply automatically to all products.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors and finishes appear. This does not remove your rights if a product is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Prices and Payment

Review the currency, item price, discounts, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes before completing a purchase. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions.

Payment is processed through the payment services available at checkout. Do not send payment credentials to our customer support email.

Orders and Availability

Product availability may change. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an availability issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, or a material listing error, we will contact you about the next steps. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items and any applicable associated charges.

We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed order charge without your agreement. Changes to website prices or descriptions do not by themselves change the terms of an existing order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation or change your delivery information, contact service@beautypeakhome.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once fulfillment is underway or the order has shipped.

If a shipped item needs to be returned, our Refund Policy applies, without limiting any rights available under applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. Standard orders to the contiguous United States typically arrive within 3-8 days of placing the order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders of $99 or more in merchandise after discounts qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded from free shipping, require separately calculated shipping charges, and are not covered by the 3-8 day estimate.

Returns, Product Problems, and Refunds

Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving an item. BEAUTYPEAK covers associated shipping costs for confirmed product problems, arrival damage, or incorrect items. Return shipping for other reasons is the customer's responsibility.

For confirmed product problems, we offer a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 1-3 days; banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.

Installation and Safe Use

Follow the instructions for your specific product. Confirm the mirror's dimensions, weight, mounting points, wall suitability, and included hardware before installation. Do not assume that every mirror supports standing, leaning, door mounting, or both horizontal and vertical hanging.

Do not install or use a cracked or damaged mirror. For LED products, follow the model-specific electrical and installation instructions. If you are unsure about safe installation, consult a qualified installer.

Website Content and Third-Party Services

Website text, photographs, designs, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment and delivery providers. Review their relevant terms and privacy information when using their services. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

Privacy and Customer Submissions

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Information or photos you send for customer support are used to handle your request as described in that policy. Sending support photos does not by itself grant permission to use them as advertising.

Legal Rights and Disputes

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No mandatory arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, or exclusive court location is created by these terms.
